Could Tim McGraw Run For Political Office?

Tim McGraw is doing just fine as a country star and film actor these days, but he's still got some political aspirations. In a clip on ABCNews.com from the upcoming ABC special In the Spotlight with Robin Roberts, Tim says, "If I ever thought I was in a position where I could actually do some good, I feel like I would be compelled to do that."

Tim and his wife FAITH HILL have been committed to keeping their three daughters out of the spotlight, so Tim says any political pursuits would come after they were all grown and out of the house. Tim will be walking the red carpet at the New York City premiere of his new film The Blind Side on Tuesday, November 17th. Tim, Carrie Underwood and Martina McBride are among the stars featured on ABC's country-themed In The Spotlight with Robin Roberts, airing Tuesday, November 10th.
